Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water for the pasta and season with salt. Bring it to a boil over high heat.

- Mince the garlic and sauté in the skillet for about one minute until fragrant.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, ½ cup of Parmesan, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook until al dente, then reserve one cup of pasta water and drain.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet with garlic, pour the egg mixture over it, and toss to coat.
- Stir in the crispy bacon and add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
