- 2 cups dry pasta (e.g., whole wheat shells)
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Fresh torn basil
Cook peas until tender. Drain and set aside.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with peas and butter.
