Spicy Garlic Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz uncooked brown rice noodles
  • 1 lb raw chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced thinly
  • peanuts, green onions, and/or sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, chili garlic paste, olive oil, water, brown rice noodles, and chicken breast pieces in the Instant Pot.
  2. Secure the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 3 minutes, then perform a quick release of the steam.
  3. Open the lid and add the sliced red bell peppers. Mix gently to combine, adding a splash more water or olive oil if too sticky.
  4. Serve immediately topped with peanuts, green onions, and/or sesame seeds. Add hot sauce if desired.
