  • 16 ounces cooked Farfalle pasta
  • 1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 ½ cups diced onion
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cups thawed frozen peas
  • 16 ounces alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked Farfalle pasta and crumbled bacon. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and frozen peas. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the onion and pea mixture from the heat and add it to the bowl with the pasta and bacon.
  • Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix everything gently until evenly combined. Stir in the grated Parmesan.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Garnish generously with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
