Ingredients
- 16 ounces cooked Farfalle pasta
- 1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 ½ cups diced onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 ½ cups thawed frozen peas
- 16 ounces alfredo sauce
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked Farfalle pasta and crumbled bacon. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and frozen peas. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the onion and pea mixture from the heat and add it to the bowl with the pasta and bacon.
- Pour in the Alfredo sauce and mix everything gently until evenly combined. Stir in the grated Parmesan.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish generously with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
