The pasta and noodle dishes published here is ours, and it is offered for your personal use. Quote a paragraph with a link back if it is useful to you; republishing a whole page is not permitted.

These terms sit next to the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which cover data and cookies respectively and are part of the same agreement.
Trademarks
Product names, brands and logos mentioned in articles belong to their owners. They appear because a reader needs to know which product is meant, and their use here implies no endorsement in either direction.
Availability
Expect the site to change. Pages are corrected, restructured and now and then taken down, and there is no undertaking that any URL will keep working or keep saying the same thing.
Fair use of the site
- Read, print and share links freely. That is what the site is for.
- Do not scrape the site wholesale, automated or otherwise, and do not run it through a tool that republishes it elsewhere.

What we can and cannot promise
Numbers are verified against sources before publication. What they cannot do is know your equipment, your materials or your conditions — treat them as a tested baseline you adjust, not a promise.
Comments
If comments are open, what you write stays yours, and you grant us permission to display it alongside the article. We moderate: anything abusive, off-topic or promotional is removed without discussion, and repeat offenders are blocked.
Limits
Where the law lets us limit it, our liability for anything that follows from using this site is excluded, direct or indirect. Nothing in this paragraph tries to exclude what the law says cannot be excluded.
Sites we link to
We link to outside sites when they are worth reading. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish.

Which law applies
United States law governs these terms. Should any single provision fail in court, the remainder stands. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be signed away are not affected by anything above.
