What this is for

The fastest reply happens when your message fits one of these:

• A recipe didn’t work. Tell us which one, what equipment you used, what went wrong. Include the page URL.
• You spotted an error. Wrong timing, stale source, fact-check problem. Send the URL and the issue.
• Press, podcast, or interview. Mention your outlet and your angle. Press kit available on request.
• Brand or partnership. Pasta, sauce, or kitchen equipment companies that want editorial coverage. Read the affiliate disclosure before reaching out so we are aligned on what is possible.
• A question that is not on the FAQ. Worth checking that page first; the most common ones live there.

If you are asking “can I share this recipe in my newsletter or blog,” check the Terms of Use. The default answer is yes, with attribution.

Marlow reads every message herself, weekdays. Most replies arrive within 48 hours. Press inquiries jump the queue and get a response within 24 hours when the schedule allows.

If your message goes silent for more than a week, resend. We do not bury legitimate questions on purpose.

What this is not for

• Generic SEO outreach, link insertion offers, guest post pitches. Auto-deleted. Please save your time.
• Sponsored content offers. PastaPeak does not run paid posts. The only commercial relationship we engage in is honest affiliate links, fully disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page.
• Recipe-on-demand requests. Marlow tests every recipe at least three times before it ships, and the schedule is set quarters in advance. The Friday newsletter sometimes asks readers what to test next; that is the right channel to influence the queue.
