About Marlow

Marlow Bendrose runs PastaPeak from a small kitchen in Brooklyn. After eight years working in New York food media, testing and editing recipes and fact-checking nutrition claims, she started PastaPeak so that every recipe published carries her name only after it has been cooked at least three times in a normal home kitchen. She writes both the recipes and the longer lab guides on pasta technique, sauces, and the food science behind them.
